Guess the Flag #5

After one person guesses, then it'll be easy, but I think it'll still be fun. I'm having fun drawing all the flags up anyway.

Hint: Celtic-speaking peoples came to this country around 600 BC (Wikipedia).

And there is traditional fun dancing. Which I'd like to do, but would probably re-sprain my ankle right away during practice.
