Guess the Flag #20

I took a break from Guess the Flag for a while but finally got back into it with this nice green flag! The star is okay and the moon is a little off, and I'm not sure if the green is exactly right, but I bet people will be able to guess.

This country's people write right to left, though lots of countries around do that, so I'll add that this country has a cute and pretty national bird, the chukar.
