Ghosts Like TV Too

I took off the mature thing. People who got this far probably don't mind seeing creepy ghosts. And Calling is a fun game that I've gotten more used to. I think I could play Ju-On now....and maybe...just maybe Fatal Frame II, Crimson Butterfly.

About this picture: I imagined that the woman was sitting on her bed, watching the television, and got bored so she changed the channel. Kayako wanted to keep watching her show though, so she got upset.

This came about after I was working too long, perhaps, on a Japanese Monsters PowerPoint presentation for my Japan Culture class. The slide I was working on was about onryo--vengeful ghosts. Famous movie examples of onryo, well, Miss Kayako right here, and Sadako from The Ring as well.

Also if you're looking for a good Horror-Survival game, try picking up Calling for Nintendo Wii. If you want to practice your Japanese you can change the audio in the Options menu which is pretty cool. The English subtitles will stay on, too.
